In order to create a team that cohesively work together towards a common goal, team-bonding activity for department of administration and department of sales was held on November 25^th located in Nan Guan Xiang. 22 people were separated to two teams for multiple fun games.

Team building is an ongoing process that helps a work group evolve into a cohesive unit. The team members not only share expectations for accomplishing group tasks, but trust and support one another and respect one another's individual differences.

The activity not only increase the ability of team members to communicated directly with each other in ways that support health, trusting relationships, also integrated new team members and recognize and rewarded individual and team efforts.
